The ingredients needed to make Pudina curd chutney:
- Take 50 grams Fresh coriander leaves
- Prepare 50 grams Fresh mint leaves
- Prepare 3 tbsp Hung curd
- Get to taste Salt
- Prepare 5 Green chillies
- Get 8 Garlic pods
- Take 1 tbsp Roasted cumin powder
Add curd in the bowl and mix again. To make dahiwali pudina ki chutney, combine all the ingredients, except the curds and blend in a blender to a smooth paste using a little water. Transfer the chutney to a bowl, add the curds and mix well. Refrigerate the dahiwali pudina ki chutney and use as required.
Steps to make Pudina curd chutney:
- Wash fresh coriander and mint leaves garlic and chilli.
- Take a grinder add the leaves, hung curd roasted cumin seeds, salt garlic and chilli. Blend it properly.
- Store in a bowl.Aerve it with roasted chicken, sandwiches parathan etc.
Transfer the chutney to a bowl, add the curds and mix well. Refrigerate the dahiwali pudina ki chutney and use as required. Whisk the hung curd in a large bowl.
