  1. Keep one frying pan on flame add 1 tablespoon oil add cumin seeds saute lightly now add finely chopped onion fry till pink now add ginger and green chilli paste fry little more.
  2. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry coriander and cumin seeds powder and finely chopped tomato saute till tomatoes turn tender now add sugar and mix well. Stuffing is ready take out in the bowl.
  3. Take 5 eggs in a bowl add salt, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and whisk.
  4. Now keep one frying pan on flame add 1 teaspoon oil pour 2 tablespoon of egg mixture spread all over the pan.
  5. Now spread the stuffing on one side of the omelette and gently turn other half portion of omelette over the stuffing and cover it press lightly and roast from both sides.
  6. Inda na puda is ready to serve. Serve with chapati or bread.
