The ingredients needed to make Pudine ki chutney:
  1. Prepare 50 gm fresh pudina leaves
  2. Get 50 gm coriander leaves
  3. Get 2-3 green chilli
  4. Get 1 lemon juice
  5. Prepare 4-5 garlic cloves
  6. Prepare 1 spoon salt

Heat half table spoon of oil in a pan. Fry until golden color and add green chillies. Fry for few sec. and add pudina leaves. Pudine ki chutney is ready to serve.

  1. Purina ya mint leaves or coriander leaves ko saaf kar ke dhokr chopped kar le
  2. Ab mixture jar me sabhi ingredients dal kar pees le
  3. Ready he aapki pudine ki chutney.

Fry for few sec. and add pudina leaves. Pudine ki chutney is ready to serve. Always keep chutney in a glass container. Avoid leaving steel spoon in the chutney bowl when keeping in the refrigerator.
