- Take 1 small size Kaccha aam(raw mango)
- Prepare 1bunch Pudina (mint leaves)

Mint Chutney or Pudina Chutney is a delicious & spicy condiment prepared from fresh mint leaves (pudina), coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and yogurt (curd). The thick curd added to the base gives a creamy silky texture to the dip and enhances its taste. To make Pudina Chutney (Mint Chutney), first take one fresh bunch of mint leaves. You will know the leaves are fresh when they are bright green in color and not yellow.
Instructions to make Pudina chutney:
- Peel the mango and cut into small size wash the pudina in water and keep a side
- Take a chutney grinder and put raw mango pieces followed by pudina garlic green chilli and salt and grind in to a paste serve immediately
To make Pudina Chutney (Mint Chutney), first take one fresh bunch of mint leaves. You will know the leaves are fresh when they are bright green in color and not yellow. Pick the leaves from the stems and discard the stems. firstly, adding putani makes chutney more creamy and smooth texture. also, add coriander leaves along with pudina, if you do not prefer high pudina flavour. additionally, replace putani with roasted peanuts for a different flavour. finally, pudina chutney / mint chutney recipe tastes great when served spicy. Pudina Chutney is a flavourful Chutney with heat from the spices and chillies, tang from the tamarind and sweet notes from the jaggery. Pudina is slightly roasted in the pan and then ground along with other toasted ingredients like coconut, coriander seeds, urad dal and chillies.
