- With the help of both hands roll and make a oval shape.
- Deep fry the prepared bread roll into hot oil when it turns golden brown. but here I use appam pan.
- Preheat the appam pan and put little oil in its each mold and fill with roll ball and cover let them simmer for it turns golden brown after that turn another side and do same.
- You can serve with ketchup or chutney.
