To a mixing bowl, add melted vegan butter, nut butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup and whisk well to combine. Add dairy-free milk and eggs and whisk once more to combine. Add baking powder and whisk to combine. Then add almond flour, starting with the lesser amount and whisking to combine.

  1. Combine the dry ingredients
  2. Add to the wet ingredients, then combine with a handful of berries of your choice. As an alternative serve the berries on top instead.
  3. Pour half the mixture into a well oiled pan and cook on the hob for 3 minutes each side
